Business meetings between fresh fruit and vegetables buyers of large-scale retailers present in Poland and production companies will take place in Warsaw during a two-day event from the 19th until 20th of September 2023.
The aim is to enhance direct relationships between retailers and producers.
Tuesday 19th of September
14:30 Visit of a selection of supermarket stores of large-scale retailers present in Poland in order to see fruit and vegetables display.
19:30 Dinner.
Wednesday 20th of September
8:00 Departure of shuttle bus for B2B Meetings with buyers of large-scale retailers.
9:00 Registration.
10:00 – 13:00 Business meetings between producers and buyers from retail chains.
13:00 – 14:00 Light Lunch.
14:10 – 16:00 Business meetings between producers and buyers from retail chains.
17:00 Cocktail Dinner Party
Large-scale retailers present in Poland that usually partecipate in the meetings:
Auchan, Carrefour, Chata Polska, Dino, E.Leclerc, Intermarche, Jeronimo Martins (Biedronka) Eurocash Group (Delikatesy Centrum, abc, Lewiatan, Groszek, Eko, Mila), Polo Market, Spar, Stokrotka, Żabka.
Moreover buyers from national import-export companies and wholesalers will attend the meeting. They supply regional or smaller supermarket chains and are specialized in import and distribution of mixed loads on national Polish market.
Participanst are guaranteed face-to-face meetings with five buyers from attending retail chains.
