Business meetings between fresh fruit and vegetables buyers of large-scale retailers present in Poland and production companies will take place in Warsaw during a two-day event from the 21st until 22nd of September 2022.
The aim is to enhance direct relationships between retailers and producers.
Wednesday 21st September
13:30 Welcome lunch
Presentation of internatiational and national chains of supermakets present in Poland and partecipating at the meetings: market penetration, number of stores and their distribution, localization of logistc platforms.
List of fruit and vegetables stores in Warsaw recommended for a visit before meeting a buyer.
Thursday 22nd September

9:00 1st Session of business meetings between producers and buyers from retail chains
13:00 Business lunch for all the partecipants: both buyers and producers
14:10 2nd Session of business meetings between producers and buyers from retail chains
17:00 Closing & Cocktail Dinner Party
Large-scale retailers present in Poland and CEE countries that partecipate in the meetings:
Carrefour, Auchan, Spar, Makro, Intermarche, Dino, Stokrotka, Żabka, Arhelan, JSC Gruste (Lituania), Profi Ruminia, Aman Serbia, Rohlik group (an e-gorcery retailer already present in Germany and Austria and since this year in Italy and Spain under the brand Sezamo).
Moreover buyers from national import-export companies and wholesalers specialized in import and distribution of mixed loads on national Polish market will attend the meeting, which makes the event interesting even for medium and smaller production companies.
Participanst are guaranteed face-to-face meetings with at least five buyers from attending retail chains and assistance if they wish to meet with present wholesalers.
