MEET THE BUYERS, Fruit & Veg B2B Event, will take place on the 15 October 2026, Mersin, Turkey.

It is a specialised event in the fruit and vegetable sector, aimed at establishing direct relationships between Turkish producers and exporters, companies coming from other Mediterranean countries, and buyers from retail chains and importing companies worldwide.

The event takes place in Mersin, one of Turkey’s main seaports and a key logistics hub, playing a central role in connecting Turkish exports with European, Middle Eastern, and global markets, an important gateway for international fresh produce trade.

MEET THE BUYERS is the first event of its kind in the Turkish fresh produce sector, created to foster direct commercial connections across the Mediterranean region.

How do the B2B meetings look like

The goal of the B2B meetings is to give participants direct access to buyers — without intermediaries — and facilitate the creation of direct commercial agreements.

The meetings connect production companies, including producers, exporters, cooperatives, and packing companies, with buyers from supermarket chains, import companies, wholesalers, and food service distributors in the fresh fruit and vegetable sector.

The format consists of pre-scheduled one-to-one in-person meetings, where both parties sit together at a table to present products, discuss pricing and volumes, and explore long-term supply opportunities. Each meeting lasts approximately 15–20 minutes and follows a structured agenda.

This highly efficient format allows participants to meet multiple buyers from different companies and countries in a single day and in one location. In addition, there is no need to invest in an exhibition stand, significantly reducing costs and logistical complexity.
